Within two business days, always. If your event is inside the next week and you need a faster answer, call the studio directly and mention the date — we prioritise last-minute enquiries.
Yes, but only once you've confirmed you want to book. Simply enquiring doesn't cost anything and doesn't lock you into anything.
For unfamiliar venues, yes. A quick walk-through helps us check power access, lift dimensions and where the queue should form so we don't scramble on the day.
Always. Book a thirty-minute appointment at the Mount Lawley studio and try up to four sponge and filling combinations before you commit to a single design.
